Our client presented a brief to remove and replace an existing 1980s leaking conservatory. The aim was to maximise natural daylight and existing panoramic coastal views.

A proposed contemporary sun-room extension provides panoramic coastal views.
The Design
The considered design provides a sharp, and striking contemporary sun-room extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. High specification triple structural glazing creates height and volume, maxmising the existing panoramic coastal views. A hidden sliding glazed door opens up the extension to a elevated terrace blending indoor, outdoor living.
Careful detailing of the; frameless glazed balustrading, timber cladding, and shadow gaps elevate this project, providing a high quality finish.
